Returns & Refund Policy

At Creative Spaces, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Not be assembled, installed, or modified

  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, assembled, or damaged items caused after delivery

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products where opened

  • Any product marked as non-returnable on the product listing

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will repair, replace, or refund faulty products.

Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under New Zealand consumer law.

Please note that the CGA does not apply to change of mind purchases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
